APPENDIX E- CREW LIST WITH NEXT OF KIN DETAILS:

It is the Person in Charge's responsibility to collate a crew list complete with names and addresses and next of kin details. A crew list complete with details of the whole crew shall be submitted to the RORC by Thursday 23rd July 2009.
